Talented pianist John Escreet brings an all-star lineup of young lions together on his stunning and intense debut release "Consequences.". Escreet's brilliant and evocative original compositions are presented by his working group featuring Downbeat award-winning alto saxophonist David Binney, Monk award-winning trumpeter Ambrose Akinmusire (on his debut studio performance), along with talented newcomers bassist Matt Brewer and drummer Tyshawn Sorey.
